Dedicated Server Help

I'm having an issue getting my dedicated server to work i had one set up before and was working but now its not working at all i have these ports open
TCP 6003
TCP 7001-7002
UDP 27005
UDP 27010-27015
UDP 27025

but when i run the server in the console it shows this

Network: IP 192.168.2.18, mode MP, dedicated Yes, ports 27015 SV / 27005 CL

the ip it shows is my lan ip not my public ip in the cfg i have sv_lan 0 so im stumped here. Anyone know what the issue might be?

Try adding this to the server start line.
+hostip InternetIPhere -ip LanIPhere

When you start the server it will still say "Network: IP LanIPhere, mode MP, dedicated Yes, ports 27015 SV / 27005 CL"

However near the bottom of all the info it should say "Public IP is InternetIPhere"
