The say command does not work for me in Garrysmod I asked someone else to try it and it didnt work. Does anyone know if it works for them or is a there known issue?

Are you adding something like: "test message" after the [B]say[/B]? Result would be:
[CODE]cbush14: test message[/CODE]
[U]How-to[/U]
[CODE]say "test message"[/CODE]
