Bad FPS on servers (been going on for about a month)

For some reason i have been getting really bad FPS on servers when others are getting 150+, but get max FPS on single player. Its on pretty much every single server I play on and it even happens with a fresh copy of GMod.

Specs:
MS Windows 7 64-bit SP1
AMD Phenom II X4 965
8GB Ram
ASUSTeK Computer INC. M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 (AM3)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB
and im running the game at 1920x1200

Is this on standard gmod or 13 (or both)?

I don't think this problem is on GMod13, and by bad FPS i mean about 25-30 fps.

update your graphics drives had that issue and an update fixed it
