I need some help with the autorun-setup of the rcon password, I heard from some sources that it's possible (and safer) to store the password in another autorun file than server.cfg
currently the setup is like following:
[CODE]
cfg/server.cfg
...
rcon_password ""
...
cfg/autoexec.cfg
...
rcon_password "xxxxxxxxx"
...
[/CODE]
so it should actually set the password in the autoexec file, but it doesn't..
I think I do it wrong, right? xD
can someone please explain how to?
I tried this, i have never have my Rcon stolen or 'hacked', so i find this pointless :3 But that's just my opinion.
