after 2 hours of downloading the neurotec suite, Gmod now crashes after 20 literal minutes of loading.
I even moved everything except for the core folder out of the add-ons folder and gmod still crashes during the "loading game assests" part of loading

Have you tried reinstalling the game? Make sure the whole Garry's Mod folder is completely deleted before reinstalling
