So I randomly started getting this error that I have never had after a year of playing Garrys Mod. Nothing has changed since then but I get this error. Please don't give me stupid answers like reformat my computer.

Verify your game chache, if that fails reinstall gmod, if that fails reinstall steam, if that fails reinstall windows, if that fails get a new pc, if that fails go outside.
What's the error?
