Help I keep getting this error when trying to start my gmod server on Linux Mint [Long error]

Here is the error:
bash: ./startgmod.sh: /bin/sh#!/bin/sh: bad interpreter: No such file or directory
I'm running on Linux Mint and I put the startgmod.sh in /home/robet/SRCDS/orangebox/garrysmod/
I also put it in the /Home file after the first didn't work please answer quick.

That's a bad idea in my opinion but anyway I think the solution is that you're running the script under /bin/sh instead of /bin/bash

on Ubuntu you would edit /etc/passwd and change your login to use /bin/bash and the log out + back in
