Resource distribution 3 and CAF error

Hi when i start a new game i go into CAF to enable Resource distribution so i can turn on life support but when i press enable i get this lua error

-edownloading all lightmaps
[addons\spacebuild core\lua\caf\addons\server\resourcedistribution.lua:344] attempt to call global 'SendEntireNetWorkToClient' (a nil value)-

i have reinstalled 3 times now using the svn links on this website. I am on a spacebuild map. And I have also done manual instalation from but nothing is working.
