My game doesnt showing the Main Menu!

and When im trying to fix and and click Verify Integrity Of Game Cache
Its doing this :

Help i wanna play this game!
Have you tried Re-Installing...? That seems to help. ALSO If you have WAY To many addons (Maybe about 15 - 25 Pages) This happens to a few people.
Delete all the addons that say OUTDATED and theyre original addon as well!
