I am getting this error every couple of hours or so, over and over and have been unable to find a fix.

If for whatever reason you cannot see it, the error is:
[GM:CallWithArgs - !ThreadInMainThread] PlayerDisconnected

What gamemode? Have you tried getting rid of some questionable addons?
