CTD when sending client info.

Garry's Mod crashes to desktop when I am just about to jump into a server, and the loading box says "Sending client info".
Sometimes an error box pops up saying something like this "Lua panic" "Not enough memory".

My Specs:
CPU - Intel Core i7-4790
GPU - XFX Radeon R9 290X 4GB
RAM - HyperX Fury 16GB
SSD - Kingston SSDNow mS200 480GB mSATA

Don't know what else you'd need. I do have space on my SSD yes.
I tried to disable all addons but it didn't work.

I am on Windows 10, and I've verified game cache

I am trying to load the "downtown_r4" map, or that's what I think it was. Atleast one of the downtown versions.
