I just updated garrys mod and then downloaded 2 maps, those 2 maps were not showing in the maps section, I relaunched the game and it was still downloading but it quickly disappearing making me guess if it was done or not, So i tried to play a map while waiting, I loaded some of my old maps and it was stuck when it was almost done loading with "Something is causing script error" on the upper left corner then i waited for about 15 mins and that didn't work, So i tried loading gm_construct and flatgrass, same result, I tried joining a server, stuck in the retrieving server info...
help me please quickly I wanna play with my friend
It must be something from gmod 12, delete gmod, and reinstall it, i had this problem.
I won't even try deleting Gmod, i don't have enough hdd left for both of my drive and i dont have my external hard drive... I have about 30-40GB of addons

Well those are from Gmod 12 correct? That means they are mostly ALL broken, which is also causing the crashes. If you wont delete your broken game to fix it, then there's no help for you here.
I'm not getting any crashes just stuck in loading, This did'nt happen when i didn't download any addons
