Replace standard weapons in TTT

Hello,
I want to replace the standard weapons like HUGE or M16 with CS:GO Weapons. So I have one question:
Do I have to delete the lua weapon files in the gamemodes folder and copy the cs:go files there and rename it to the old one or can I put them in the addons folder and only delete the standard weapon files?
I ask this because I don't know if they spawn on special maps (where only standard weapons spawn) if I put them in the addons folder.
