Ever since SteamPipe came along I can no longer use motion blur. I really like having it there and I have messed with my settings and everything. Please help.

Go to your game's launch options and put in "-dxlevel 90". The game thinks you're on DirectX 8 right now.
Although, after you've done this at least once, go back to your launch options and remove the -dxlevel 90 line.
