Gday Facepunch, im having a problem with ulx on a darkrp server. normal users are able to remover tool Sents (Scripted Entities) and World Props.
Hoping someone will be able to help.

I think its Fadmin doing it, Q>ultities and somewhere u can disallow for people to do this.
go to latest STABLE version (not github version) of ulx and ulib that fixed errors for me
also i stopped halfway through your post after rereading it i realize that its just a setting issue (or seems to be)
