How save and load player stat?

I want make save/load system for player stat.

ex Health, Stamina, Bool, Int...

I know to do this, should use glon and i have basic knowledge of Lua.

But i don't know how to use glon.

Give me an example for this?

This should be in developer discussion, but as far as I know, there's no glon in the current version of GMod. You should look at [URL="http://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/sql"]sql[/URL]. There are some good tutorials on the maurits.tv wiki.
