Counter-Strike: Source weapons missing in Gmod 13.

Hi. I've noticed that the CSS weapons are missing from my weapons spawn menu in Garry's Mod 13. I've double and triple checked that CSS is mounted to gmod, but still no luck. I couldn't find anything regarding this via Google, so I decided to ask the community. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Haven't tested all of them but they should work.

Desperately isn't quite the word. The server I spend most of my time in defaults new players to a CSS skin, which just makes them pink and black. Makes the game feel broken when I know it's not. Also limits my filming aspirations for the moment...
