"Failed to load the launcher dll %1 is not a valid win32 application"

I got this error after playing TTT in a while and tried to play in a RP server but failed, after I closed the game, I went to check FP again and my FB, when going back to the game, i got this error: failed to load the launcher dll %1 is not a valid win32 application

This happened in my TF2 and I used the same method I used to fix it in TF2, now the game launched but, when i got in the menu, theres nothing but the console and some buttons that are not using, No Singleplayer, Multiplayer and Options, I also tried restarting my computer, did not help at all, please help me, really want to play
