I've been googling for literally an hour and I can't find any info on an RT camera for gmod 13. I can't remember if it was in the beta or not.
There's camera under render, but i think that's different.
Yeah, that's just a camera you can put your main view through on the clientside.

Bumping, still no results on google.
I don't know why it has been removed, but I thought garry said it's going to be merged with the normal camera.
Anyway, you could install the addon "Re-Located STools" from the workshop, it contains the RT cam and bunch of other removed things.
I was able to equip it via the console and typing gmod_toolmode rt_camera, but it doesn't work anymore, and the toolmode_allow command doesn't show the rt_camera, so it must have been removed entirely :(
