Im not looking to use a VPS. Best GMod server host going by quality. Price is less than concerning

Hello. I am looking for a Garrysmod server host that has the best quality and is UK based.
Money is not much of an object as I recently acquired a new source of income at a steady good rate.
I am with Xenon servers at the moment to see if I could get a community going and it turns out I can.
But with this server hosting that's closely compared to fecal matter, I won't be able to sustain my community or paying donators.
This considered, my server is currently mostly self funded by players you could say and for £3 a month per rank, its hardly going to render someone skint.
Could someone find me a link to a UK based server host, that is of good quality, well no, lets say 'better than good'. Moderate isn't nice.
I suppose anything up to £2-3 per slot is reasonable, any host asking more is a bit precocious.
If I would be better off with a VPS, educate me and revoke me from my naive arrogant ways: Teach me the pro's and con's of a VPS. Tell me a good UK host with good bandwidth, storage, RAM and all the other things you would expect for a good price.
Sorry to come across as demanding on my first post. I'm somewhat miffed at the fact that there is little or no UK server hosting of good quality.
Thanks guy's. Ill try to reply to the thread as fast as I can. Cheers!
GSP's sucks nowadays. There is no good one, although I have an exception for Elpis Host. You are far better off getting a Linux VPS or Dedicated machine. One that's running on an E3-1230 to E3-1270 CPU is great. You'd only need a gig of RAM. Look through webhostingtalk's VPS and Dedicated Server offer sub-forums and you'll find a great deal. Anyway, you want a CPU with 3,0+ ghz clockrate if you want good performance.

Why is a dedi better though. I'm familiar with Linux serverware too. But why do people prefer these over host sites?
Because GSP's sucks. Here let me give you a few reasons:
1. They are overpriced. Each and every one of them is.
2. You don't need a brain to start a hosting business. The only thing they do is purchase a few dedicated server machines, a WHMCS license and a few TCAdmin licenses. Then they're done. This means that most of them don't know shit about how things really operate.
3. You usually share one core with at least one other customer.
4. If a customer on the same node as you are on gets DDoSd, your server goes down too.
5. You can host whatever you want on the VPS / DS. Website, TeamSpeak, mumble, whatever.
6. It's more cost-effective and faster to host it yourself. You have root access.
7. Choosing a GSP for simplicity disqualifies one from even running a game server imo.

So I'll go for a VPS then. I could probably get a Minecraft server out of a decent one at the same time. Any suggestions where to look, keeping in mind UK based and quality

If you want to host a Minecraft server aswell, you should just go straight into a Dedicated Server over a VPS. You then get the RAM you want along with the powerful CPU.
Browse through here and see what you can find: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=36
I've managed to get a hold of E3-1270v3 with 16GB of RAM, 2 x 120GB SSD for $60 / month over there, and I believe you can do better :P
