SteamCMD Issue! (Download on app 4020 stopping at less then 3.60%)

*Found the solution! Some Kernals don't work! One of them that don't work with SteamCMD is Ubuntu lower than 12.10!*

As it says in the title my download stops on Linux before 3.60%. My server destination is New York but I might try change it! But before I do is something else that might be the issue?

Using Ubuntu 12.04 x32 Server

Just tried it again!
It went over 3.60 but stopped at 4.49%

There are 2 parts to the download, one doesn't actually hit 100%, hits around 10 for me. Get a screenshot of it so we know what part it's on.

Whats the second part? Also I type ./srcds_run and stuff and it says no file or something... It also dosn't go into the force dir I wanted!

One is downloading, the other is verifying.

That has nothing to do with the fact that his download freezes before it can even finish doing the first half

Do you know why it would be crashing like that? Here are the specs of my vps:
1GB Ram - 30GB SSD Disk - Amsterdam 1 - Ubuntu 12.04 x32 Server

How full is the harddrive?

As full as empty! 27.3 GB available! Only things on there are the failed files of gmod and Gnome/Linux stuff!
