Weapon's Won't spawn!?

So I've had this problem on my server when my weapons on the deathrun maps won't spawn?
I looked through the console and found this text

does anyone know how to get this fixed? Is it a addon or ust coding?

Install a CS:S weapon pack that uses proper CS:S weapon classes.
