Players only spawn with an RPG on my sandbox server

As the title says, they do not spawn with a physgun nor toolgun, but just an RPG. Any idea why this happens?

I'm not sure if it's because a convar is fucked or something

nevermind, figured it out. it was evolve

if anyone else ever experiences the same issue as I did, be sure to change the weapons/stools/etc that each playergroup can have access to/spawns with via the GUI. anyway, this can be closed
