Can someone tell me how to fix please? I've tried defragging and verifying my G-Mod. People are flying in the air like birds and it's very difficult to shoot people in the head.

Sorry, but this is pretty funny.
I'm also having this same issue, not only this, but I have a blue screen (Not BSOD) at the main menu (after it loads) and i am not able to click anything at the menu, only time I can join a server is by joining my friends or check the server through steam (which is annoying), then after I join, I get those flying people also.

Not sure, but your game file might be corrupt. I remember once I went on a TTT server and the HUD was totally fucked up, things were upside down, in the wrong place, and more than that, the screen was all weird and it was hard to click on things. From then on the whole game started freaking the fuck out. It was a little scary. So I made a new Garry's Mod folder and it was all fixed.
Not sure if this is your problem, though. I'm betting it isn't.
So, you're saying that a possible fix would be to re-download the whole game?

He's saying that you should delete/rename your gmod folder to get a fresh installation and see if it works.
