Well, im getting this problem: everything is good, but main menu DOESN'T SHOW UP!

I tried deleting addons, i tried the cache thing but nothing happens...
Edit:
Tried Compatibility on HL2.exe too!
Tried menu_reloading but it crashes saying something about LUA Scripts, even after deleting addons!
Install Windows 7.

Don't listen to that guy telling to install Windows 7, i have Windows 8 and it works just fine.
I think you should check your game cache or something.
Right click Garry's Mod in steam -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify integrity of game cache...
If it still doesn't work, try reinstalling GMod.
