World props in my server keep disappearing. (Doors, Windows, Trees, etc...)

So apparently when I die (happens rarely) World props such as trees, windows, doors, etc... turn invisable. Ill try to aDd some pictures if possible.

What do you mean? Do they turn invisible, or do they get deleted completely?

Also, are there any errors in console?

They just seem to become invis. Also players also do the same.

Players become invisible too, or they see things go invisible? Ive seen this happen on servers, usually the server just needs a restart or sometimes a cleanup.
