hello i got some really weird fps problems :S when i starded the game after a few days it starded to lag like fu*king hell and the weird part is after a few weeks of not playing it it didnt lag so i dled the whole scars series (scars full and some expansion packs soon i got grymod and disabled it cus of its bugs) and not when i start it again i wont work it lags again D: pls help me if you can!!
try reinstalling the game? dunno
have you tried some things ur self?
once it lagged like hell for me, so i reinstalled gmod, restarted computer and it worked smooth
