Hello, I just registered to fix a problem I've had with Gmod for a while. I'm using GMOD 13 and my problem is that I can't seem to paint on anything other than props.
I've tried:
-Reinstalling Gmod
-Disabling TF2 content
-Various console commands
Can anyone help me?

Funny thing is, when 13 came out, it was fine. I might have installed pirated CS:S textures, but it didn't break it. It broke a few weeks after I installed those.
