Sometimes, when I spawn a ragdoll, it will act crazily. I won't be able to move any joints, it will fall through the floor, I'll be able to walk right through it (except for a small part at the base of the feet, which is the only spot that responds to the physgun), and its eyes will be glitchy as well. Does anyone know what's happening, or how to fix it?
Okay, updating this for the sake of clarity. I'm now making this Mingepose Central.
So when OP and myself try to spawn certain models, this happens:

All of these models have the same error in common. It reads: missmatched parent bones on "ValveBiped.Bip01_R_Hand"
This error causes all of what OP has described. Apparently in a previous post someone said this has to do with "legacy addons", which I understand are addons from GM12 that haven't been updated and screw the skeletons.
Wat do?

Update for whoever cares: the glitch seems to only affect player models, specifically a part of the model called "w_fists_t.mdl". I'm pretty sure this is the source of the glitch. If anyone can offer a fix, that'd be awesome.
I'mma bump this shit but no one seems to care. There's threads on this from last year that haven't gotten resolved.
Thanks for the update, tharmas. I would have posted some pictures but I couldn't get any decent shots that showed the problem.
To everyone else, someone please figure out a fix for this.

I'm not giving up, brah. There's threads on this from last year that still haven't gotten fixed, but I swear I'll find an answer.
Current consensus seems to be that it comes from legacy addons. If you've downloaded any suspect addons through Workshop or the internet, uninstall them or delete them, then try clearing your cache. It's a bitch, but it might be the only way to get it to work.
Finally got a video of the problem. Please give it a look.

Well, that is a shitton of addons. Wouldn't be too bad to cut back on a few of them.
Later on I think I'm gonna quit bitching and just clear my cache like a man.

Here's the full line describing the glitchy models. I used the Skeleton player model:
player\skeleton.mdl/weapons\w_fists_t.mdl : missmatched parent bones on "ValveBiped.Bip01_R_Hand"
Erm... Dumb question, but WTF is a cache and how do I clear it?
EDIT: I just cleared out like half of my addon list. I couldn't be bothered to clear it out before, but I decided to just do it. Who knows, maybe that'll help fix the problem.
ANOTHER EDIT: Nevermind, I just figured out what the cache is. Clearing it and seeing if that helps.
ONE MORE EDIT: Clearing the cache worked perfectly. I don't have the glitch anymore.

Thanks much, friend. I'll be doing the same myself soon.
rather then start a new topic, this is my problem and clearing the cache does nothing. Ragdolls are still messed up.

Try uninstalling the addons that are messing up, then clearing the cache and reinstalling them. That's what I did.
