Whenever I spawn a metrocop or any combine their animations don't work. Same with joining multiplayer servers.
I've tried disabling addons, and I've deleted local content and re-downloaded twice, to no avail.
Any help?
Where is your Garry's Mod folder? In /steamapps/(username) or common?
I've been experiencing similar problems.

By the way, does it hurt if it's in both?
No, the solution is to delete (or drag somewhere else) the folders and reinstall.
