So recently started a darkrp server on the map rp_evocity_v33x and for some reason when I start the server up it freezes here

I don't think paying people with ranks on a server means anything. Not to sound mean but if you can't run a server properly then why would we join your server all the time to gain the benefits of that rank?
Anyway fix that picture and then we'll see what we can do.
Post the SteamCMD commands you used to install your server. You are missing a .dll.

that dll is always missing, at least for me.
You're probably missing the map or it's not loading correctly.
Check that you didn't typo your +map command.

I can run the server on other maps but for some reason this one freezes at the point i showed in the picture.
Corrupt map? Try getting a different version of it?

Yeah it must be a error with the map, maybe you didn't download it fully when you uploaded it to the server or vise versa. Where did you download it from?

It most certainly could, the server isn't getting past assigning itself a port right?
The map exists, therefore missing map error isn't being given, if the map is slightly fucked up or something, then the server is for some reason continuously trying to sort itself out. It's like if you try to start it with a non existent map, it just breaks down.

Unless this is different for GMod, I had an issue with not having that .dll on a Source server. Also, if a map doesn't exist, than the server will just say it doesn't exist.

So i validated (updated) my garrysmod server. It said there was no files to be updated so it was not that. But still tank you for the idea code_gs

It HAS to be the map causing the problem
Facts
- server stops loading on evocity
- server can load fine on any other map.
- bugslayerutil.dll is commonly missing, and is known to not actually be a necessary component
- we've had testimony that that dll is not needed
So going on these facts,the only thing changing to stop the server from working is the map...
Therefore, it HAS to be something wrong with the map.so by swapping the versions and downloading it from elsewhere, we then see if it's just this version op has downloaded or if it's the map in general...

So I finally fixed the problem, what I did i downloaded the map threw workshop then extracted the map. That fixed it! Thanks for the help everyone
