Cannot See Player Models

I've re-installed the game already. I also have CS:S and Half Life 2 installed.

It was fine before, I just stopped playing for a few months and this is what I got when I started again.

Start up CS:S.

Already tried. Everything works fine on there, but still after launching that I cannot see player models.
