Textures missing and props are different colors and I HAVE CSS INSTALLED

Like i said in the title with all the [U]stock garrys mod[/U] maps all or most of the textures are the purple and black missing texture color. I have CSS installed and working (i uninstalled than reinstalled both CSS and GMOD yesterday then verified both) . Yet it still persists. Also, on TTT maps the props turn different colors when looked at from several angles and player models are COMPLETELY invisible (same for normal GMOD maps). I have NO IDEA what causes this or how to fix it if someone could help me fix this i would be most grateful

Make sure the game is activated in Garrys Mod. On the main page click on the controller icon on the bottom right and make sure the box for CSS is checked.

Make sure you've started up CS:S lately.

It doesn't involve CS:S, two of my friends don't have CS:S and see everything, I can't load player models, doesn't show up anything but a name and phys/gravity gun light.

Is your Garry's Mod jn common or username? Also, delete your Garry's mod folder manually (don't just delete from Steam), turn off Steam Cloud Sync, and reinstall.

When your on GMOD click the little controller icon in the bottom right corner, make sure CS:S and HL are mounted

Delete all Garry's Mod folders and reinstall if nothing else works.
