The title is pretty self-explanatory. So, has anybody else's workshop been extremely laggy recently? Whenever I install an update, new addon, or uninstall/disable an addon, my game freezes for like 2+ minutes.
It never used to do this.
Sorry to bump, but I've tried removing all my gmod files and letting all my installed addons reinstall themselves. The problem still persists. Should I post my computer specs?
Happens if you have a lot of addons. It has quite a huge freeze for me too.
Ah, alright. I'll probably be going through and removing some of mine then.
I have the same issues.
Especially maps, they download sometimes 3 times again after eachother, and still half of the textures are missing.
Yeah, after you reach the workshop addon limit things get quite laggy.
