DMCA - complaint in Workshop: Link leads nowhere?

I've recently reported multiple maps from a guy who stole large parts of my maps, using the workshops reoprt-feature.
I did not report them as DMCA-complaint because the link for DCMA lead me just to the Garrysmod community page.

I got a hint now, that non-DMCA-complaints are not processed at all in the Gmod-workshop.
How can I report the items as DMCA now, since the link does not work and I already have reported them non-DMCA (reporting is disabled now)?
