When I start up Gmod it takes 2 min to load everything, disabling addons take a min, enabling addons take a min, starting a sp server takes a couple of min, then when it initialize game data it crashes. Also the addons page doesn't have enough page buttons, so I have to use the arrows to see extra pages.
It loads slow because you have a ton of addons by the sounds of it. Try unsubscribing/removing the ones you honestly don't need.
