[B][U]ever since yesterday every 2 minutes my garrys mod refreshes the server and it is very annoying like i just freeze for 3 minutes and when i unfreeze i press tab and i can see everybody refreshing back on the list and my gun goes away and comes back it is very annoying this is even happening in single player I'm wondering if its a button i pressed or a setting i changed PLEASE HELP![/U][/B]

1. Don't type in all bold/underline
2. Use punctuation. It helps break up the monotony of a sentence
3. Have you tried reinstalling?
4. What addons do you have?
the addons i have is all WAC Communities, All Scars, all m9k weapons, nyan gun, parakeet pill pack, xchewys admin gun, the stalker, zombie survival , all tdm cars, elevator souce , wiremod , cinema, sled build, relocated stools , stool weight, prop hunt , Morbus , Admin Ball and turret tool
