Problem of FPS on Garry's Mod DarkRP

[B]Hello, I have a big problem on DarkRP on Garry's Mod, I have a good pc of gamers and I am always on 5-15 fps on servers, the game, I hate that, I am a big fan of DarkRP, and I build my PC 1 month ago and my drivers are all updated.
My PC : Processor : AMD A8-7670K Cadencé à 3.60 GHz 4core
Graphics : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti
RAM : 8 Go DDR3 797.81 MHz maximal frequency 800 Mhz
DirectX : 11
MotherBoard : ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. A88XM-A Rev X.0x
Windows 10

Please help me, I very like Garry's Mod, on Surf Mod, I am like 70 fps, and on DarkRP 5-13... Thank you for read this message.[/B]

That's because Source only uses one core and you probably have a slower per-core speed than your friend.
