NPC CAR DEALER NOT SPAWNING (PLEASE HELP)

Hi the NPC Car dealer does not seem to be spawning on my server.

in console it says starting npcshop but when in the server it does not show. I have added the correct position in the config file.

Read the instructions and it will say you need to put the co-ordinates of the NPC in server.lua too
