So I can't seem to be able to use super DoF or Bloom and I dont know why. I restarted, messed around with settings and even did a fresh install and nothing seems to work. I was just wondering what could cause this.
My specs if its a hardware issue are:
CPU: i5-2500k
GPU: Radeon HD 7950
RAM: 8 gigs DDR3
If you need any other information just shout.
Put -dxlevel 95 in your statup parameters.
