Ok, i solved the part when gmod would crash when i do anything.
Now when i join servers, i loose connection soon as i manage to get in, any solutions?

Have you tried different servers? Does singleplayer work ok? Also try removing any addons if you have any. When you get disconnected, sometimes reconnecting can fix it, you can either do that by finding the server again or typing retry in the console

Tryed different servers?: I tryed one other one, im going to try one which hasn't got as many downloads.
Singleplayer: Works.
Addons; Going to remove every addon i dled apart from maps and playermodels. Didn't affect it
Re-joining: Tryed that.
Soon il post the text from console to see if it shows something.

None of the things you listed really helped :/
I even updated the mac and it still looses connection.
Now sometimes gmod crashes with this: [url]http://textuploader.com/?p=6&id=ngAd[/url]
