Hopefully one of these will be able to help you although it really isn't that hard to upload a map to the workshop. You simple need to compress the file with gmad and then uses gmods workshop publishing tool to upload it to the workshop.
Here is the gmod guide on creating and uploading addons to the workshop. https://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/Workshop_Addon_Creation

Please no. Just NO. You are the problem. Do not make external downloads of workshop tools.
You are supposed to use the ones that are shipped with the game.
The reason this is very bad is because if the tool is updated, and it will be, because of you people will still use the outdated stuff, causing the uploads to potentially not work at all, or be unusable in the game in the future.

Are you saying I am the problem or the guy who made the guide?
Oh, I assumed it was yours. My bad.
Yeah nope, I simply googled some stuff to help this guy out didn't realize that it included an external download of the workshop tools.

Maybe there is a reason there are so many other programs out there? A lot of people would find it much easier if gmpublish and gmad had at least a simple gui rather than being all command based.

I am not talking about other programs, which is exactly what Garry wanted creating the command line tools, I am talking about download links for gm_publish.exe and gmad.exe with Steam_API.dll and tutorials that tell people to copy those to desktop, etc.
