[DarkRP] Everyone on server crashes with Engine Error

Occasionally, everyone on my server crashes with an Engine Error saying [CODE]too many indices for index buffer..tell a programmer (61926>32678)[/CODE] I have no idea how to fix it. I am guessing that it might be a poorly coded script that is doing this, but can't diagnose which specific script. I need help. These are my addons: 911 Pickpocket Custom F4 Menu Custom Tab Menu Custom HUD RealisticATM DarkRP Bank Robbery Jihad Bomb Mad Cows Weapons M9K Weapons Keypad Fading Door Tool

If you have TDM Cars on the server, and bugbait... Throwing bugbait at a car can cause clients to crash in a set range. I know this 100% works with Ford Focus RS, not sure about others. This could be the cause of people getting this error

Well, I installed TDMCars recently and removed SCars, cause I thought SCars was the problem. But, I am pretty sure that the bugbait wasn't the problem.

Does anyone have the same error as me, or is it just me D:
