How do I let moderators on the gmod server pick up other peoples props.
We are using FPP.
I am assuming you are using Dark-RP?
If you are I am also pretty sure you don't allow this through FPP. you use it with Darkrp Admin
make sure you are superadmin and create new groups in the (TAB Admin Panel) Giving them access.
