Garry's mod freezes 10 minutes/an hour into the game. During the freeze sounds work fine, same goes

Hello, I've been experiencing an issue which I didn't have the last time I played Gmod - couple of years back. Whenever I'm playing on a server, around 30 minutes~ the screen freezes and it doesn't fix itself without restarting the game. The thing about it is that I can still hear sound, I can still walk around and I can even type out messages. So it'd definitely just the visuals that's the problem.

Prior to freezing there is no indication that it's going to happen. No lag, no script errors, no missing textures or anything along those lines.

[B]THE ISSUE IS ONLY LIMITED TO GMOD[/B], since every other game works just fine (Fallout 4, Witcher 3, MGSV. Visually intensive games and what not), so I really don't believe this is a hardware issue.

Tried deleting all the addons I had, which was a small amount of 2. Also tried "verify integrity of game cache", but all the files were fine. Nothing seem to resolve the issue.
