Firstly, I've looked for solutions already. cl_allowdownload and cl_allowupload is on. I have not disabled sprays. This is across all servers and the server has players that can see other sprays. I have a high r_decals count. I have re-installed GMOD several times. I can only see my spray, everyone elses do not show.
Can I please get assistance.
