I wanna setup a dark rp is there pre existing download which i can put onto my server which has the gamemode with jobs aswell as all the tools like stacker and adv aswell fading doors and keypads and so on..

If you want something done well, do it yourself.
Or pay someone else a lot of money to do it, when they are done sue them for doing a lousy job, using this money you can hire a private company to do it for you.
