help!!!! gmod dedicated server not allowing friends to join!!!!

No he is not trying to connect via internal ip

:suicide: Goodbye, English language... No clue why your friend cannot join. Try having him make a server and you join. Without crash logs or specs, it's a little hard to pin down why this is happening

Can I see your routers port forwarding page? Also make sure Garry's Mod isn't blocked in Antivirus or Firewall

i am using a software to portforward but that might be the problem thank you.
