So i was playing gmod one day and it started glitching sooo... i went off because i was going off anyway then the next day i joined a server and when i move my game glitches and game freezes then you cant play on the server (servers) and ive had this for 2 days and ive tryed deleting files ans still happening

Please be a bit more descriptive.
And provide us with the addons you are using
Workshop addons tend to break a lot if you don't play singleplayer a lot just uninstall them all or disable them all.

uninstall gmod from steam , delete your garrysmod directory in steam/steamapps/common/garrysmod
reinstall
