How to disable muzzle flash on CSS weapons?

I have a pretty bad computer and always have frame drops when in a gunfight with someone. It is usually fine when only I am firing, but if someone else is firing too then my frames go from 20 to below 10. Is there a way to disable the muzzle flashes with just the CSS waepons on TTT?

What CS:S weapons are you using?

The regular ones, mac 10, ak-47, g3, galil, m16, pump shotgun, famas, huge.

He means what type of addon, as you dont get css weapons by default. There is an addon you have (or the server has) that gives you css weapons.
